Ok so last year I had a problem with my clutch, spoke to the experts (KTM) and other workshops that work on KTM’s. Everyone told me I need to get a new clutch slave cylinder.  Because I never believe in just changing the whole slave cylinder when only the “o” ring is worn (this is the way I understood it) and because one cannot buy an “o” ring. Also a kit costs R 1 700.00 (not sure the amount but it was a lot)
I carefully striped my slave cylinder and then had an o ring made. Fitted it and problem solved.
That was June last year, this year a friend had a similar problem, but on a 950, so I have an o ring made for him, but also a few extra. Long story short, the 950 o ring is different.
Now I am sitting with 4 extra o rings. I shall sell them at cost price R 50 each (collected from me). Anyone interested please contact me.
