Collected the Xchallenge - Advice needed Photo added

I collected the Xchallenge yesterday. After the seller first said he would take R40,000.00 he changed his mind so I ended up paying R43,000.00. Still a good deal I think. I will post some photos tomorrow.
The bike needs new tyres - any suggestions?
Any advice regarding suspension set up?
What aftermarket accesories are suggested?
Any general information would be welcomed as this bike is completely new to me.
