Planning a little tour with the mrs. as pillion and would like to know the condiiton of the R26 (Clococlan, Zastron, Ladybrand, Hobhouse, Wepener). I love the scenery in this area but I've heard this road is not very good at the moment with lots of potholes. I would however like to hear from somebody who has done this road recently with a bike or from a dog living in the area.
When I ride allone, I do not mind a bad road, but with pillion and heavy loaded (and not riding a KTM
) I try to stay clear.
