Conti TFC or Metzeler Karoo tyres for KTM 990??? Whats best?

I mainly use my KTM 990 Adventure for off-road riding, gravel roads, sand, etc. So maybe 70% dirt and 30% tar. Does anyone know which would be the best rear tyre and how mileage do you think I can get? Any help would be great.
