Hi
If my dirt biking is to be anything like my skiing, I learn by falling. A lot. I believe in the motto of "continuously operating at a level well above your own ability"
Anyway, so I thought it would be a good idea to fit some crash bars to my new Dakar (when I get it), and was looking around at the options.
BMW obviously make one, but it covers the engine only, not the fairing/tank.
Touratech make two separate ones for the engine and fairing (R950 + R950).
Not sure about other options (Hepco B., SW-Motech, CY?).
Would like to protect both engine and fairing (the plastic on the latter looks expensive).
Any opinions?
