CRF1000 Head Shake?

Any other owners having this problem? My bars start wobbling at around 150km/h and since I fitted barkbusta hand gaurds (removed internal bar weights?) its got way worse? Bike came with Mitas off road tyres and I see I still have factory wheel balancing weights, not sure if front was supposed to be re balanced? Any thoughts.......
