I know each decision is subjective but I need some feedback please. Reason being I am far from anywhere that I can go kick tyres or maybe ride one of these bikes I am interested in. I'm trying to get as much info as possible before traveling to go look at them. Problem is they are in opposite directions from each other.

The bikes in question are a 2017 CRF250L ± 3000km or a 2021 CRF300L ± 19000km with some nice extras but a coastal bike with surface oxidation on spokes and other parts. Chain and sprockets also need replacing. R10k price difference. I know I said I would never buy from Honda George but they did follow up with me yesterday.
I am not looking for a multiday adventure bike. Rather an affordable bike for a slow saunter on dirt and back roads, probably 200km ride. I originally had a budget of around R50ish but see I will need to up this slightly.
I am 1.86m and 98kg.
