This morning to great dismay my Dakar left a puddle [3tablespoons} of oil on my garage floor -1st time!
After my last service, I was shown a “small breather hole” at the bottom, left hand side of the motor and told to “keep an eye” on it. And told some thing to extent that “Should it leak oil then…..or water then…..” , but me pay no attention! And a quick quote over the phone to the sum of R1500.
So now:-
a) has any one had had the same experience?
b) can I repair it my self ? [I do have mech experience]
c] any special tools needed?
d] cough up and pay? [which I don’t really want to do]
