Dakar or GS650F?

Hi WD's,

I'm looking at buying a "new" bike, mainly for commuting, I'm currently looking at these bikes:
2001 Dakar (white) with 29000km for R35k or
2002 GS650F (yellow) with 40 000km for R33k (https://johannesburg.gumtree.co.za/c-Cars-Vehicles-motorcycles-scooters-BMW-gs-650-immaculate-W0QQAdIdZ347963405)

Advice/comment would be appreciated or if you know of any bike in that price range.
