so i am in the planning phase of doing some revamps to my trusty 2007 Dakar...will be just cosmetic( for now)...My plan
1=I am in the process of acquiring a std gs 1200 screen ( fanx to STEFAN XRV750) i am going to build a small sub frame to mount the screen onto my Dakar to see if i might get out of the wind.
2=i am going to build two panniers 42 liters and a top box +-30 liters (will see if the top box realize)
3= i have built a center stand but the bike feels like a ton to get up (unloaded), so i will adapt it to make it easier...
4= to build a crash bar..much like the swmotech for the f800.
5=and if i have money left to build some spotlights...
so i will post some pictures i am hopefully going to start with my revamp attempt on friday...
any advise is welcome pls.
