Hi guys,
Thinking to decat my new 890 and leave stock muffler on, just for a better sound experience, as I don't want to fork out R10k+ for a slip-on
Was told by dealer that it would void the warranty, and that I should always refit the cat when taking the bike in. I see it's not too big of a job to remove and refit it, so it's an option I'll live with.
Does it have any negative effect on the power, I was also told that there seems to be a drop in top end power due to loss of back pressure...?
