I struggled to change the gears on the 1250 ADV; and then I found the culprit.
The teat that I need to use to lower the side stand is keeping me from getting my foot/shoe into/under the gear shifter.
I'm quite tall; I assume the angle that my shoe is sitting on the foot peg is different from that of the average person.
I'm just going to use my angle grinder to cut it off; and then weld it to the tip of the side stand.
Any suggestions.
