DIY Rod bender/ring roller

With the price of tools these days I try and DIY as much as I can. I need to build myself a rod bender that can handle up to 10mm roundbar.

Any ideas from you guys on what works, I was thinking of building something that I can attach to my bench vice. Any input would be appreciated.
