I sold my old bike and bought a new bike. My insurance requires a tracking device to be fitted, so I removed the Netstar Sleuth Nano from the old bike, and fitted it to the new bike.
I called Netstar now to update the vehicle details....Nope, they want me to buy a new unit. I said no, the unit is fine, just put the new bike's details on the account. They are being completely unhelpful.
