Double routes???

I am getting double pink line routes showing on my Zumo 660 (was same on my 500) - these are routes generated by a friend. Is there a incompatability with versions of Streetmaps or some setting? Does not show on the PC only once downlaoded to the Zumo ... so guess must be a setting??? Bloody irritating when all of a sudden there are 3 or 4 'routes' - some straight line??? HELP PLEASE!
