Currently in the market for a 4x4 so I need the cash.
Ok, here's some info on the bike -
- 2008 DR 650SE
- 16946km (clock did not want to wind back further ;D)
- type of use: nearly exclusively DS with many long distance trips
- self serviced: air filter cleaned every 3 rides, oil filter and oil changed every 3000km
- still on original sprockets and chain
- original OEM pipe
- IMS 19L tank as well as original OEM 13L tank
- Kappa screen (need replacement at some time)
- Barkbuster hand guards (original ice cream scoops and bar end-weights available)
- 12V powerpoint
- rear monster luggage rack and side luggage rails (to fit dirtbagz luggage system)
- Current tyres to be replaced by new sets of D606 (rear) and Michelin T66 (front) before sale.
- New brakes rear and front to be fitted prior to sale.
Given it's use it is not "mint", but I think you will find it in good condition. If you want a mid-sized dirt-orientated DS bike that gives you zero shit then the DR is it.
