Dunlop Trailmax Mission tyres after 30 000km - should I be concerned?

One specific block on the pattern developed a bulge / bump right around the front tyre..
Dunlop SA informed me that this is a result of running the the tyre pressure too low ( 2.2 kpi cold), and to up the pressure - no danger of failure...

What do you think?
