Dyno Tuning: WC

Hi all,

Been wondering where I can take my newly aquired steed for a decent dyno and if need re-jetting in the Cape Town region.

Might be dirt in the carb, but when I twist the ear all the way it starts stuttering, hmmm  ??? ??? ???
