E-07 versus E-09

Just looking for answers on how long one lasts compared to the other.

I've just shredded a new E-07 in about 4K with kak off-road traction, in my view.

How will an E-09 last in comparison?

And what low tyre pressure can I run at the back without spinning the rim inside the tyre? I'm assuming they don't make rim-locks for these bikes.

Mixed road/off-road/tech.
