You reckon, looks a lot steeper. Maybe just my nuts tingling
White Rhino said:No fun in that, unless you got the missus screaming in the seat next to you
What do you reccon the angle is - 70 Deg?
Sorry to burst your bubble but the bottom of that hill is about 32deg. They say a little further up through the dip it peaks at about 40 deg.Justin said:I reckon it's about 45 on entry (first 20m), then gets a tad less.

Starting off with the arrival of a new addition to the collection, Gary's HP2. All I can say is someone is less one magnificent bike and Gary found his best playmate. I don't think he'll ever use his GSA for anything but touring from here on.
Mark taking us to schweet places unseen and Judy keeping us entertained with life's recalls.
Hanno performed like a star all day up until he found a gully in a hully  luckily no injury just some minor bashplate stuff
My mate Henchman (Chris) was pushing his own envelope a little on the 800XC, after a back injury months back. By cutting out early he unfortunately missed the highlight of the day - the stone bubble lookout spot that lets you see for miles and miles in all directions. You scamper up this rock - as seen by Gary's video above, makes one feel like Armstrong when he put foot on the moon. Big :thumleft: to Judy for riding up there sans clutch. Judes, as always you demonstrate such class.
Mark was a crowd pleaser, showing his rock climbing skills by tackling the steeper inclines, which he did with such ease and grace. I'm pissed that the video I took wasn't saved on my phone. I'm obviously doff, but I didn't know that you had to save the recording, I thought it did that automatically. :deal:
Beemer man and his good lady Estelle, opened their home and bar to the thirsty pack. Their hospitality was bliss. :laughing4:
Only arriving home around 6pm and some 320kms later, the dusty rider finally crashed with a smile still plastered on his face.
Some pics of the Rock
Could find a happier bunch of riders
Not the clearest shot, but that's the view in all directions
Gary - scouting the horizons
Thanks for the awesome day. :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:
