EC Easy weekend ride?

Would like to take the missus for an easy weekend ride on dirt / quiet tar.

She is still nervous of her Dakar, so we will take bikes on trailer and want to overnight somewhere on Friday evening and possibly Saturday as well.

She has done Elandsrivier to Patensie, so maybe something within 100km from PE.

Please help with suggestions
