Nice RR guys thanks!

sure is purdy country right there.

We attempted the rear entry a few yrs back from the baviaans side on 990's, and also turned around abouyt 3/4 of the way up, as we had no idea how tough it was going to get. seems like we did the right thing.  :sip:
from what i heard that the only section (washed away road) that is a problem, definitely not for a 990 IMHO. need lighter bikes, in-case you fall either badly or a number of times ill think picking it up at those silly angles will take it out of you, and when you get tired that's when you get hurt. OR just blast your way to the top. either way risky. i would rather take it slow and steady and get there in one piece and enjoy the bash.

Ja, I'm keen to come. I'll be on a 690 I hope  :snorting:

Howsit guys, sorry I missed you. The vrou and i took a spin down Elands at about 09h30 on the 1150. We went through to Patensie then cut a line to Humansdorp and down to Jbay where I met Runner who brought my parts for the zar down from the big smoke. :ricky:That will make any man with an xr smile :drif: Shot boet you made my weekend :thumleft:

By the way, don't sweat the rear entry thing. Its not half as bad as you think. Full steam ahead and f@*k the ice burgs. :3some:

Its really not that hectic its just long so you will sweat a bit. The guys on bigger boneys will battle but it is very doable. >:D
