Emailing route maps

Guys

I often see Mapsource (or what look like mapsource) maps with routes, shared here.
I am busy planning a route from CT to Sani Pass and need to email the map (with route shown) to my riding bud who doesnt have Mapsource. How do I save the route map in an emailable form like jpg or similar?
