So whoever installed the crash bars on my fugly decided it would be a good idea to tighten up the footpeg bolts using one of those pneumatic impact wrenches (well either that of they had put a gorilla with a 6 foot socket extension bar to work on tightening the nuts)
The bolts invariably stripped off, and the malaka's did a quick patch job with pratley steel or something. Whatever the adhesive, it decided to give up the ghost this weekend in the middle of the Sabie forests somewhere ....Had to do a bodge job of my own to get home yesterday
In any case, does anyone know of an engineering shop in the joburg area where I can take my bike to have the mess fixed up properly?
Holes are probably going to have to be drilled out and "tapped out" ???
