So I have the ESA suspension, but I am not entirely sure when to use what, Sport Comfort and Normal in my mind depends on your riding style, mine is usually set to Sport
But what abotu the rest, 1 helmet, 2 helmets, 1 helmet and panniers, Hard, More Hard, and Soft
When do I use the Hard, more Hard and Soft modes?
Surely these could help a lot over rocks and loose sand etc ?
