Read on the forum of Leoâ??s accident â?? partly caused by these black-outs (Iâ??m not going to use the term load-shedding â?? itâ??s a black-out). One of the main reasons Iâ??m not using the scoot to the office anymore. Was stuck in traffic in the cage last week â?? due to the lights not working. Cage drivers (taxis especially) were paying no attention to the first stop, first go rule. Utter chaos. Poor dude in a superbike tried to go through traffic â?? bumped a pedestrian trying to cross (no damage luckily). When he came to the intersection â?? he almost got run over. Man, by this time I was sweating big time for him.
