Have you ever bought a quality product (or was lead to believe) and had the item fail ?
To make it worse the people representing the product in the country don't give a **** about customer satisfaction or the products they represent.
I bought a pair of Knox orsa or3 off road gloves two years ago for a lot of money. Basically the reason I bought them was because of the sliders, ironically this is the main safety feature that failed !!
One of the palm sliders that they brag about came loose and just fell off !!! wtf.
Sorry sir we will replace the straps but don't give a **** about the failure of the main safety components.
Dont get me started about Forma boots !!!
