I just have to give a huge shout out to ATG.I bought their 50 litre duffel bag from gps4Africa last year,May.On a ride last week one of the plastic loops that the securing strap runs through broke.I emailed gps4Africa first thing Monday morning to enquire about a new strap.Christiaan mailed me back saying they will talk to their supplier and get .back to me.Within an hour i had anothermail asking for my address which i promptly sent to him.
I was blown away to arrive at work this morning to find one of ATG's agents waiting for me with the offer of four newer model straps or one replacement strap for the model bag i have.i took the one strap and walked away a very happy customer.
It is not often in this day and age that we receive service at this high level and that for a mere strap.

I am suitably impressed.
