I have tried for the last year to get my partner to take up DS riding.
He did his bike license this morning at Watloo and passed :thumleft:
BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO HIM :angryfire: :BangHead: :angry9: :cussing: :angry8: :angry5: :angry6: :angry4:

He has a 1976 Vespa PX200 which he cannot get register in his name (been registered before) because there is a 2000+ model Izuzu bakkie that has the same engine number.
They have taken away his learners and said he must have the Vespa registered by Tuesday next week or his learners and his license that he PASSED will be null and void - WTF ??? ??? ???
Anybody with some ideas and or help on what to do?
