Hi all
I am a returning WD browser. I am basically torn between the 690 ENDURO and the F800 GS. My heart is leaning towards the Gs for the simple reason that it appears to be more comfortable ON-Road.
Problem: I phoned a few BMW dealers. (Jhb, Pta, KLerksdorp, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein.) HAd the nicest chat to a guy called Ettienne in the Bloem dealership. He told me that Feb/March is the best possible estimate he can give as far as the waiting list goes.
I would love to hear the WD F800 GS owner's experiences relating to the purchase of their F800 GS's.
Are there any short-cuts to jump the queue?
PS: I also heard that 6 x F800 GS' s were written off in transit which does not help the short-supply situation I guess...!
