I am just curious and I am not going to change anything on my bike, but noticed that there are products out there that drastically increase the performance of the 800.
Taking out the cat, apparently 7hp
Performance pipe, 1hp
Air filter
And some1 mentioned something about the accelerating module or whatevs that modifies the air temp reading going into the bike that apparently also pushes the performance by another 7hp
What else is out there? How true are these performance increase claims and where do you think one will be able to push the performance of the bike?
Because if these claims are true there is already an increase of at least 15hp (11kW) bringing the 800’s power up to 73.5kW. This means that the 800 has more power than a standard KTM 990 (72kW)
Any advice from the experts?
