Fair price for '04 KTM 950 Adv

Can buy a '04 950 Adv for R78K onco in my home town. Mead & McGrouther lists retail for a 2004 model as between R72K and R76K. Bike has 13,000kms on the odo and apart from 2 scratches on the left tank, it is virtually spotless. Opinions from other WD's re a fair price?
