My wife and daughter is going on a school camp end of October, so my son (9) and I feel it's time for a road trip.
We're thinking of going to Gamkaskloof for a one nighter because it's not to far for a 9 yr old that can't sit still!
Leave the Friday (28th) around mid day, sleep over maybe at that camp site near the Cango Caves where the Springbok rally was always held (maybe still is).
Take the whole Saturday to ride into the Kloof, camp the night and ride out the Sunday early and be home in time for supper.
Regarding the trip, I seem to remember someone said bikes weren't allowed, is that still the case?
