Can someone please help? There is not much of a selection of boots in Knysna (about 5 pairs) and it is risky buying online in terms of comfort, size, etc, but I happened to find a pair of Forma Nero Touring Boots in my size. I do a lot of dirt road riding (Prince Alfred's Pass, Swartberg Pass, Seven Passes Road, Die Hel) but no MX. Only recognised dirt roads and passes. Are these boots suitable for dirt roads? They are very comfortable, waterproof, non-slip, etc and seem to have a good rigid sole - when standing I stand with my arches on the foot pegs. Currently I have just been wearing the Bronx half boot which is really just a normal shoe, but the sole is weakening from the standing and my arches are getting sore after a while. Also not keen on spending more than R2000. The Formas are R1599.
