Front Shocks service F 650 GS Durban

Any one know who could look at my front shocks and give advice/service. I'm in Durban, they just seem to be very hard and unforgiving, off road as well as hitting the MANY speed humps in Durban. Looking forward to hearing from the Gizmos.
