Front tyre for a Dakar: Somerset West area?

Do any of the local Dogs know where I can find a 21" front tyre for my Dakar? I live in Bettys' Bay, so I suppose Strand/Somerset West or Hermanus area is where I would go. Donford Motorrad in Stellenbosch quoted me R1017 for a TKC front + R171 for fitment. That sounds a bit stiff??
