front wheel feels like it is always washing out - possible causes

I am not sure if its because of a nerf I took or if it is a a lack of confidence after the nerf or if it was an underlying problem that actually cause the nerf but ever since it feels as if the front wheel just wants to wash out on me. This is on tar cornering ( 2.4 bar) and on gravel/sand roads straight and cornering.

(Doc, I am still planning on coming through for the Doo, front spring upgrade and the general work)

What could cause this other than expired springs ?
