Casting from Turd

Went for a 300km ride this week end and when I was on my way home I noticed the handlebars were slightly off centre.
Had a look and the front wheel , when the headlight and mudgaurd are straight, is not tracking. when I ride the bike it tracks straight but the rest is off centre. What now?? ONLY HAD THE BIKE FOR 2 WEEKS AND ITS GOT 500KM ON THE CLOCK?????
Is it something to do with the PDI or the assembly of the bike?
Will get hold of Honda PE, Heaven help me, tomorrow
