BACK UP FOR SALE AGAIN.....
I am just not riding enough to justify the two bikes, so decided to keep the 1090R and sell the BMX
Hi guys,
I am looking to sell my fully kitted out X-Challenge. It was first sold new in 2010, but all X-Challenges are actually 2007 models.
This bike was built up by Bavarian BMW in Pretoria in 2010. I bought it with the intention of doing some proper overland travel, but this has not materialized. I went overseas for 10 years and only returned to South Africa every now and then to do a few rides, hence the extremely low kilometers for a 12 year old bike. The bike has been covered in a sealed storage container for the last 4 years. I took it out at the end of 2021 and it was at Off Road Cycles where Conrad and his team sorted out the bike completely after standing for a long time. Everything on this bike is perfect now and it runs like an absolute dream.
The only reason I am selling is due to the fact that I am changing to a bigger bike so that I can carry a pillion. That is the one and only reason, If I could keep it, I would.
