Bike is 100% stock except as detailed below:
• Bought new in August 2019 – only owner
• now on 22 700 km22 500km – mainly commuting miles including CT to Hermanus on weekends but used on gravel roads & off road too.
• FSH at KTM Cape Town – last service August 2021 on 17 200km - All recalls done
• Street, Off-road, Rain & Rally modes - Rally pack enabled as standard unlike the 890
• ABS (off, off-road & Street)
• MTC, MSR etc
• Bluetooth etc
• Bike is not financed and I have all papers – has been data dotted
Extras
• IB Headlight V Bracket
• IB Back brake Slave protection plate WITH Bottle opener
• IB Prefilter for airbox
• All stock items available
• Quick shifter was working when I got the bike (some early models had this) – Quick Shift + on the dash came back enabled after a SW upgrade.
• Mitas E07 Front & Back – some life remaining
Honesty section
• Cruise Control shows as enabled on the dash but I have never paid for it and do not have the left control to use it – not sure how it got on the bike as it happened after a recall was done.
• Had slow speed slide on a tar corner – RHS tank protector, Passenger foot peg and hanger and rear subframe all replaced by insurance through KTM Cape Town
• Rear shock has blown - fairly common issue – repaired under warranty by KTM South Africa
• Screen on occasion shows slight condensation (common problem) – has been replaced once under warranty and logged with KTM thereafter who say it is not bad enough to replace again – clears quickly when it warms up
• Slight nicks and scratches as can be expected on a bike used for adventure riding
Reason for Sale – bought an 890RR and am told I need to buy the wife a horsebox so I need to move this quickly – reasonable offers will be entertained
