K100/75 owners will know about the iffy fuel pump holder of the K75, that rubber "vibration damper" disintegrates in the fuel, leaving the pump to suck in all the rubber that falls to the bottom of the tank. I have a more cost effective solution than sourcing a new BMW pump and damper.
Its made of a plastic of sorts that is fuel resistant and handles some vibration, I used a universal BOSCH pump and purchased submersible HP fuel hose from BMW as I could not source any locally. If you dont use submersible it soon swells and pops off the fittings.
