I read an article, where they are saying that the market is getting full of questionable (chinese etc) fuses, so your 5 amp doesn't fuse at 5 amp it fuses at 15 amp etc, there is a reason it is 5 amp it prorects electronics, so a cheap fuse could kill a few thousand rand of electronics.
I think I am going to try to source some "brand name" fuses.
I see Wurth sell them.
