Garmap updates ...?

I currently use Garmap SA Streetmaps version 4.
I've heard that there is an upgrade that includes maps of Zim,Botswana  etc...
Where/how do I get this upgrade ? Online ?
BTW I've upgraded my Mapsource to V16.13.4
