I need some help please.
I have a Garmin nuvi 1410, that has been working just fine.
I connected it to my motorbike via a USB cable to use it on the bike and since then the unit will not boot up. I guess it went into PC sync mode as I didn't have the correct USB cable.
I have tried to do a reset with the power button and finger in the right bottom corner but it is stuck with the word GARMIN on the screen.
It can power off when I press the On button but comes back again with the GARMIN on the screen and it will not do anything else.
I cannot afford a new device so please assist me.
I cannot find it on the Garmin.com webpage Support – I keep getting the message “We don’t recognize that product”.
Your kind assistance will be appreciated.
