I have been using GDE saddle oil (for horse saddles) on my jackets & shoes for the past two years...
Stopped using polish completely and only put on GDE oil on all my boots and leather jackets & shoes.
It is unbelievable what it does to your stuff. It makes it 100% waterproof and softens up the product, it doesn't lose any strength but is a lot softer.
You never polish it, and all you do is wipe it clean and sponge it with oil and leave it to dry.
Try it you might just surprise yourself.... :thumleft:
