Gearbox noise...

My '97 1100GS have a funny noise when in neutral and idling. But when you pull the clutch the noise dissapear. It sounds like a bearing that is moeg, but it might be the release bearing also?? It must be something on the input shaft? What doyou think might be the problem and what must I do?
