After riding on the back of a bike (nothing wrong I still love it) for a while, I decided to take the next logical step and completed the beginners course on learning to ride my own bike last weekend.
I had a blast!! I am now in a bit of a quandary and find myself in a very male dominated environment, which is fine, but a few nuggets of advice from the girls who ride adventure bikes would sure help me right now! (You see we are kinda built a little differently lol)
Are there any ladies on this forum willing to share some pearls of wisdom to a very very green rider? (Aka I know nothing but am determined to learn)
Does anyone have any advise for a beginner starting adventure riding? Tips/advise etc?
I think I also need to mention that ultimately I think I would like a Dakar however currently I do not own a bike and am looking at something small like a 250 to get some practice on.
Right now I'll take all the help I can get!!
