Getting stuff manufactured

hey guys, I'm looking to get some parts made for my Dakar - hand guard frames (like proper hand guards), chain guard (like the touratech one) a bracket for spots, etc

what's the best stuff to make these things out of? aluminum?

and where in cape town can I get this done?
