Just posted this in the vendor section, but thought it would be good information to share with anyone using any aftermarket brand of muffler.
I find some purchasers of the product, not reading the installtion and maintenance instructions carefully for the Wings mufflers before installation. To avoid damage to the product on installtion and the maintenance thereof it would be advisable to read the instructions supplied carefully.
It may be thought that it is only a muffler , but a muffler can be affected in many ways and of course can affect your motorcycle too. Remember all mufflers regardless of brand require certain run-in & maintenance etc.
