Hi guys and girls, Just wanted to let you know that Gordon's Bay MX track is hosting the Western Cape junior offroad club's last race for 2010. It will be held on Saturday the 30th October from 8am to 5pm.
Two loops are being marked and they will use the kids MX track and the big MX track as well as part of the Enduro loop as well as using 3 farms adjacent to the track.
Kids from the ages of 5yrs to 16yrs will race for the last positions for the year.
It will be a good one. Spectators are more then welcome and as it will use part of the MX tracks it will have great view points close to the parking area. Other viewing stages can also be set up.
There will be hot food available all day as well as a bar for refreshments and 2 open top toilets (cool experience) as well as trailered toilets for ladies and men.
Entrance fee is R40 per car.
Directions From N2. On N2 from CPT, after strand but 3km before Gordon's bay turn off. Broadlands road, just before monkey town and Rola motors traffic lights, turn right into Broadlands (Towards the ocean), drive 1.5km and on your left you will see Stand Foam - long white buildings. At the end of their property you will see a board Gordon's Bay MX track. Turn left down the dirt road and drive 2km into the track.The parking will be in an open field in a safer area.
